There was about twenty five of them and there were a number of juveniles too which unfortunately for us meant we couldn't go swimming with them. The whole boat were like little kids screaming every time one of them jumped out of the water or came close to the boat. ... at 10 Ollie, Claire and the others came and found our campervan and we, rather impressively, managed to fit nine people into the back of our campervan! The first nights sleep in our new home was actually really good, although we were woken up early with the light shining through the curtains. ... ocean with the dolphins! Now that really was incredible, there was so many of them and they came up so close to us!
I've now checked into Base Pipi Patch and it is so cool here, much more chilled out than Auckland! I'm staying in my first 8 bed dorm but I drew the short straw and have ended up in a top bunk for the next 3 nights, not happy! I've just had a BBQ down on the decks ...
