We took a while to get off the plane, then it was through border control and I had to take Kristy through the long queue as she is under 16, along with Vicki Ward and Demi.     ... pool for an hour, before grabbing some food from Woolworths and heading to the bus stop. Last night, I went to the night market next to the beach, which was good. Jonny didn't fancy it so he stayed in the room. I saw the cutest dogs ever, Afghans (or however you spell it?! Apparently they were around in the 60s) - they were massive, and had so much hair.     ... and set about eating a meal before the rugby.
    The rugby was quite a big affair with about a 30,000 turnout in the 50,000 seat stadium. The atmosphere was flat, but the management did a good job of trying to create an atmosphere - with fireworks and lots of build up involving the crowd.

    Monday 9 February / Tuesday 10 February - Last day in Singapore and we decided to make it an easy day before getting the packing done. So just headed locally and made our way through a number of the markets that surround the hotel precinct. Nothing too exciting - back to the hotel mid afternoon to complete the packing task.
