I can’t help but think that such a scheme would be met with uproar if introduced in the UK. But it’s difficult to compare when geography and weather, as well as vehicle use all contribute to the severity of the problem and necessity of such mitigation efforts.

I'm sitting here after the day’s skiing. With the evening sun to my right, a gentle breeze flowing through the car and a cup of coffee. This is après-ski.
