... out if need be. Some how that didn't make me feel better. A slow and steady drive down the canyon and we make it to our camp spot. Guess we will worry about getting out tomorrow.

Wednesday 20 - Thursday 21 May:

We wake up to a cloudy and chily 46F. We thought once we got out of the canyon it would warm up, wrong. I guess it is ...

However, pharmacy does not pay well, and this past year I have been living paycheck to paycheck even with the leftover money from my financial aid. I had to find a different, better-paying job because even more of ...

On the Road Again

We got an early start yesterday morning, heading out from Austin at 6 a.m. Just got back from Beijing 36 hours prior, so the Texas countryside provided quite a contrast to the urban wasteland I've called home the past year and a half. The sun rose at our backs about an hour into the drive, lighting up the rolling hill country landscape around us.

We took back roads and smaller highways, so we got to cruise through a few little ...
