... a wild dolphin! I had never seen one in the wild and so close. At times it would be only 10 to 20 yards form the pier. It was after my first beach experience that I thought that I might like it here after all. After our mini safari we booked it back into town for some shopping then dinner.

... in the heavy rains last Tuesday night. It had won FIRST place! Thursday: Cycled this morning through some neighbourhoods on Sanibel for a couple of hours. Had lunch at home and then headed to Bowmen's beach for the afternoon. A lovely day - sunny and warm.
