... meal was pretty much a chicken and black bean tostada. No cooking involved. Whole roster chicken skinned and meat pulled off Can of whole corn drained Can of ranch style black beans Bag of shredded lettuce Spicy guacamole spread Bag of tostada shells pre-made. Mix together the chicken, corn, and black beans in a bowl. On the tostada shell, spread some guacamole, add lettuce then add some of the chicken and bean mixture on top. Picture ...

... dinner in Biloxi, but traveling with a dog makes sit down dinner choices a challenge. We saw a place on the Gulf called Shakey's that would allow Psymon on the patio but it was a thirty minute wait so against my wants we went across the street to Hooter's...sigh. But we still had a view of the Gulf while we ate so I pulled up my big girl panties and sucked it up.

... more we walked the louder the gun shots became. I think they were still pretty far away and the hunters are supposed to stay away from the hiking trails but better safe than sorry. As a family tradition we always stop at the Mississippi Welcome Center for a break.

Jesse and Penelope got to check out the grass area and picnic tables.

Gabriel got to learn how to hookup the RV to the sewer system and clean out the poop.

... is twice as big as Candlestick Park, they have at least 30 "White House" replicas for each of the various fraternities on campus. Absolutely gorgeous. We are now in Montgomery, Alabama to spend the night and plan on visiting the Civil Rights Museum in the morning which is located in the motel where Martin Luther King was assassinated in 1968.
