... horse and carriages that some still use. Ontario is such a fertile area and most things were grown locally. We've never seen so many huge peaches for sale. Of course, maple syrup was sold on many stalls.
We had a very pleasant evening cooking alongside Joy and Paul, whilst the children played in the pool again.
Each evening we have been sharing our favourite comedy programmes; we have introduced Joy and Paul to "Gavin and Stacey", whilst we are now fans of "Corner Gas".
... out, we would have had to work for hours to get into the cottage.
Quickly, we lit a fire in the woodstove and tried to warm up the cottage's bones. The winter had been long and hard. In no time, it was pretty cozy.
Maybe our winter adventures were over but new Lake Belwood adventures were just beginning. The Spring, Summer and Fall seasons in Ontario are beautiful.
