    ... Italy as a result. His parting and cynical comments in broken English as we unloaded my bags were “Italy chose the right side to join didn’t it?” and then “The winner takes all”. There was plenty I could have said in response to these latter observations but chose to bite my tongue and escape the heat by retreating to the refuge of the hotel’s foyer.

    ... spotted the Aussie flag sticker on our bike and hated 'Neighbour's'. The walk up to the castle was about a kilometer and a half and we decided these motorcycle boots aren't made for walking so it was two shuttle bus tickets for us thanks. The Castle was as beautiful up close as it was from afar and it was easy to see why it has been used as the backdrop in many a film as well as Walt Disneys inspiration.     ... passes. After a huge thunderstorm and torrential rain on the
    Saturday night, the weather has been warm, if a little overcast at times. We
    are in the process of trying to book a ferry home but the wild cat strikes at
    Calais are causing havoc with trying to sort something out. Not to worry, I am

    ... Had dinner in a quaint bar called Simi, Tim had Zwieblrostbraten & I had wiener snitzel. Back to the hotel and out for this evenings optional extra a Typical Tyrolean evening. The family dresses in national costume and sings, dances and played these amazing instruments, Tim got a couple of beers even if they were steins, back to the hotel, straight to bed got an early start ...

    ... Come on, come with me". I think their was a bit of racial profiling, as a lot of Caucasian people were not asked including jen and I. In the train continuing to Austria, a short stop in Innsbruck, and several more police on the platform. Hmmm The we hit the German border.
