... burger for dinner before heading back to the hotel. The hotel has a 'wellness centre' with an indoor pool, many saunas and relaxation areas. Ash was keen for a sauna but Lauren wasn't. Ash went up by himself and had a Finnish sauna experience. We had an early night ready to get up early to take a few more photos in the morning before getting the 10.36 train to Munich. Innsbruck was great! We would definitely like to come back again ...

Our second day and last day here we were hoping for a real clear sunning day, and lucky for us we got it! Heading up to the summit of the alps by cable car and then gondola took about 20minutes. It’s a long steep climb out of Cortina and the views of the town from the road above are magical. It is rather cold at 3 Celsius this morning but it really does not feel anywhere near as cold as it is. As I head up the Giau pass the road is terribly icy.
