Great Weekend Break
Stayed for a weekend break with a group of friends. Great value for rooms and lovely bar food (and they were a hungry bunch!) Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't want to leave - will definitly go there again!!
Straightforward spot to lay your head
Was browsing and spoted the big number of comments about my current address. Its a nice spot with straightforward rooms and decent food. The staff are very helpful but there could be more of them.I am delighted with the food and the leisure facilities are just right. The price is good too.Overall I would say that this hotel and the killarney heights hotel are the best value in killarney, though not the most luxurious.
Perfect Base.Great value.Private leisure facilities.
Stayed in November.Just passing by.For seventy euro for adouble it was great value.Girlfriend and i visited leisure facilities it was like having our private jacuzzi and steamroom. We were the only users on our two visits.Staff were young and friendly.Had a request or two and they were dealt with quickly.A nice stay.
A total disgrace
Myself and my partner booked on line for this hotel, gave credit card details and got booking confirmation. When we arrived, the hotel had no record of us, but told us thay had a room they could give us. We checked in and were asked to pay up front.
The room and en-suite were filthy. The back of the bathroom door had blood stains on it. There were also blood stains near the sink and around the grouting on the bath.
We booked for dinner. My wine glass had lipstick marks around the rim and my partners cutlery was only half washed.
We dropped our keys at reception the following morning and left. The receptionist took them but didn't acknowledge us.
The hotel is a disgrace. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. It definately doesn't deserve a 3star rating.
Terrible killarney court
When we checked in we were given a room that hadn't even been made up - the room was smokey, bed unmade. We were subsequently moved to another room - which was just 'ok'. We then found a box of condoms in the drawer which wasn't very appealing. The tiles in the shower needed to be cleaned badly. Breakfast wasn't great either. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel. Receptionist was very pleasant.
Excellent for the price.Staff that cared.Fun bar.
Value for money.Particularly great showers. Charming receptionists.Really enjoyed my stay. Good wholesome food.
A fun place
My family and I were in Killarny for the weekend and stayed @ the hotel ,we had a good time ,the staff was very helpful, the bar tenders in the hotel were the best.
Couldn't be better
This hotel provided my family & I with everything we needed - the staff, although rather limited, accomodated all our needs and were very friendly and helpful. The "Irish" breakfast was a bit of a dissappointment, (no fruit), but we soon got over that when we were served dinner! We highly recommend the Killarney Court, and the town of Killarney!
This hotel is a joke
The service and staff in this hotel were dreadful. We had a wonderful weekend in Killarney ifself. But the treatment we received at this substandard hotel was totally unprofessional. This hotel does not reserve a 3 star grade. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
The place was a dump
We thought the place was a dump. Celtic Tours could not book us into the place we wanted so put us there. It is not a 3*, probably at best a 2*. The people that worked there were wonderful.

That would make for a nice cruise (dip)
We had a nice little country cruise around this little peninsula, well i say little it was about a 100km cruise but the sceanary was nice. The pace of the trip is winding down, atleast the past couple of days have been spent pretty much on the coach this whole time, which sucks the life out of me. I really wish I had to the time here to go hike …
A Great Day
We had a wonderful day today. Lots of different things to do and see. Spent a bit of time on the bus, but thats to be expected if you want to get around the country.
I didn't get a chance to write down all the names of where we stopped today, so I will have to get them from the tour guy tomorrow and put them in this blog. First we stopped …
40 shades of green
Tuesday 12thJuly From Tramore, to Blarney Castle. Climbed to the top of the castle to kiss the famous stone. Wandered about the gardens past the Druids Dell, the Fairies Dell etc etc. Found the Blarney Cache, a virtual, in the gardens. Lunch and shopping time, then back on the bus. Headed through the Cork and Kerry mountains, to Killarney. Fields …
