Hi Colin here,

Our first night at the JW we arrived after midnight so food was not an option. The next day breakfast was included so our first food option was either to walk along the beach to see what was on offer or to eat at the hotel. Since we wanted a bit more of a authentic experience we took a stroll.

... aside the weather here must be good. Mark ran out into the Monsoon and brought their hire car around. It was a brand new Mitsubishi Shogun!! On the way to Khao Lak we did a lot of catching up.
