After trekking over to Koh Samui to escape the full-on 'British summer' on Koh Lanta, we have just arrived under bright blue skies at the green oasis of calm that is (no idea how you say this one) Wazzah Bungalows. The bungalows are really just a half dozen stilt houses scattered across a small coconut grove, about a mile inland from the north coast of Samui. The houses all have bizarre curved rooves, with another smaller peaked roof perched on top like a ...

After arriving back from Koh Tao, we decided to book a day trip to the Marine National Park of Ang Thong which is situated between mainland and the islands. We had to go back to Koh Phangan to get the boat. The trip cost 2000 Baht which is around 40 each.

It was an easy 5 to 10 minute drive to our hotel, checked into our little bungalow, home for 4 nignts. And by now I'm sure you ...

Today we leave Koh Samui on Bangkok Airways and head to Phuket where catch a connecting flight with Silk Air to Singapore for an overnight stop over at the Crowne Plaza before heading back to Brisbane. We arrived in Singapore at about 6pm. Just to be in Changii Airport is great in itself just to view. Again their architecture here is amazing. It goes for miles and miles and has ...

Our original plan was to leave Ko Samui today and move to the next island called Ko Panghan. However, we had only had one nice day so far and the weather forecast was no better for the days to come. Because of this we decided to skip heading to the next island because we wouldn't be able to sit on a each there either which is all we really wanted to do and what islands are best for. Instead we thought we might travel to the other side of ...
