We drove a lot in Mississippi while going from Memphis to Natchez. And let me tell you one thing about driving in Mississippi—it is flat. And straight. With lots of farmland. And not too many cars. ... was very nice. We stayed on secondary roads as we drove across Mississippi which we always enjoy more than Interstates. The topography consisted of rolling green fields for the first hour or so of our drive but the land started slowly to level out the closer to the Mississippi River we came.
