... would dive down and it was the calm before the storm again. Our captain was either pretty good our lucky as we didn't seem to have to do much chasing and the Dolphins surfaced near our boat quite a few times. We spent around an hour out in the bay and in the end I felt a bit sorry for the Dolphins being chased around while trying to have a bit of brekky! We spent another day relaxing round the pool before heading to our next stop Ubud, Bali's 'culture capital' or ...

It is also the location of the Lombok ferry dock and a favorite dive spot. We suited up in a rental gear and jumped into a small boat with bamboo pontoons (Jekung). Zoe kept herself entertained, playing in the waves with a bodyboard again – she should really learn how to use the thing properly, but like a dog with a ball, she just keeps riding the waves to shore then running back for more.

... and go deeper. The dive was fantastic and the dive school, Adventure Divers, were brilliant. I saw my first turtle on the dive, to say I was excited would have been an understatement. We saw turtles on both dives and were able to stay down for an hour each time. Other than the diving there was very little to do in Ahmed so we didn't stick around. Particularly as it kept raining very heavily. Our next stop was to Gili T, an island off the east coast of Bali. No cars allowed. The ...
