There was a thick layer of pepper and chili powder on the fish balls which were already spicy from being soaked in the chili broth for hours, days who knows… I wiped off the powder from the remaining fish balls before eating them and found some milk tea. Went back to the hostel after for a good night sleep.

... startled by the moving figures next to me. It was definitely not fun. I could hear the mechanical parts of the puppets start moving every time and I felt like I was in a horror movie and someone was after me. I tried to zoom through the cave but it seemed never ending and there was no one in sight. It was the longest cave either. It felt like I was inside for hours. I finally saw the gift shop at the end of the cave and was relieved. I have never been so ...

... of the most interesting exhibit I have seen so far here was in regards to the Morakot Typhoon devastation that was had catastrophic in Taiwan, killing more than 500 people. The extreme amount of rain created mudslides and severe flooding throughout southern Taiwan, burying the entire town of Xiaolin. They had a 3D movie that depicted the mudslides and flooding and how the entire town was buried. It was pretty heartbreaking. The exhibit focused on the events, ...
