... sealing a few more holes and generally tarting the old girl up.
I suppose you could say the trip was a failure as we didn't sail all the way round Menorca, but we didn't sail round because we were having too much fun in ciutadella and later in Mahon, so we both agree another great sailing challenge finished with many great memories and a few scary wind driven moments.
So its time for Ian and I to sign off from 'John's little adventure'.
So, hasta la proxima ...

... and d) fill the water tanks – it would be nice to shower each evening but we need to be conservative with the fresh water especially as we like to anchor and some of the marinas even though they are allowing you to come in to take water charge you not only
for the water but some we have seen allow you stay a max of 2 hours but charge you 9E for every half hour or part there of for the privilege!
Spent most of the day finding / reserving a possible mooring which ...

... that we could see more of Ibiza. Along the way we passed Ibiza Town and we are very happy that we didn't go there – the anchorage didn't look particularly inviting
and the town itself, well, is just one huge resort with wall to wall apartments.

When we arrived at Formentera the anchorage we wanted to take was now full of mooring
bouys, so we headed to the next beach which was full ...

Sundays are funny days at any time of the year. On holiday, as every day feels like a Sunday, Sundays feel like, well, any other day. But our daily routine continues with the odd change here and there. Elaine and David decided to spend some time on the sun deck rather than come straight down to the Solarium with Min and me. Dave had a booking for iFly this morning. This is a freefall diving simulator and although Elaine and I went with him for moral support, the intense heat of the sun and immence amount of hanging around it seemed to involve made me give up and I went back to Solar Plexus. But about an hour ...
