... around Winnipeg on the bypass. East of Winnipeg we started to get into forested area. We left the four lane highway close to the Ontario border and continued on to Kenora where we arrived after dark. We encountered two deer and a snapping turtle on the highway in the forested area of Manitoba.

The local rodeo in Moosamin last night was truly an unforgettable event. I think we were the only ones in bike gear and not wearing a cowboy hat. It was fantastic! A genuine glimpse into the rodeo culture.

It came down to the last day but we had sucess! At 11 this morning we were hunting a large vut and ryan was walking up a tot road and there he was walking towards him....one shot 40 yards offhand and dropped him! 8pts 190 pounds! I live right in the city and near everything i want to be by. 20 minute walk to the east coast girls place, a 20 minute walk north to the beach, and a 5 dirham or $1.75 cabbie ride to the biggest malls in abu dhabi. it was great. currently im living bymyself. life in the UAE is crzy ...
