One more day in Slovenia before I head off to Croatia. It seems to be a trend I'm having before I go onto another country. ... has the highest % of working mothers in the EU. ( Simon thought all mothers work - it is not sometimes paid work just the ironing.... ) It gave us a good 'snapshot' of where Slovenia is and how it is progressing. Quite well it seems.

... than other cities we have just previously visited. They have about 5 narrow roads that met at one point in the middle. We checked in to our hostel. The quality of the hostels are fantastic. Quite different from the Romano hotel in Wagga, which is what I was expecting at most of these joints lol. The dorms were gender specific, which is okay because you get to meet some more people.
