A Walk On The Wild Side

... The potential of spotting such a variety of wildlife was almost too much. Coming from a land where you are lucky to see a magpie, to somewhere like this was inconceivable. I cursed myself for booking more time in The Philippines, rather than here, for we could only manage a half day, as opposed to one, two or even three days of wildlife spotting. Never mind. We headed over to the 2 very crowded tables where we needed to fill out arrival forms. But ...

... to not venture in higher than your thigh. Plus most of the water is occupied by brand new surfers with little to no control of their board nor understanding you should not ride the wave all the way onto the beach each time. Although one I do have to admit watching the waders getting knocked over by waves they weren't expecting was slightly amusing. It made my day at the beach ...
