... cabbies vying for business/ the beach craft heading home for the night - work place health and safety may have some issues- kids riding on jet skis s being towed - no helmets or strapped on. We saw a car towing 6 skis - skis all with guys on them. Oh well - chillax Jane - that's how it's done. Michael's birthday!

Waited downstairs for our pickup for snorkelling tour. Met a lovely couple from Singapore (who we ended up spending the day with). Pickup was late as the driver couldn't find our hotel, it took several phone calls before he finally arrived. Drove across island (through Kata and Karon) to pier, waited for about 30 mins then boarded our speedboat and headed off.
