... of Cefalu worth mentioning is the beach just down the road. Tourist town means clean town in Sicily and that extends as far as the beach. We found the little space left between all the sun lounges for those of us too stingy to pay to go to the beach, laid out our towels and had a great swim. ... the bus that afternoon, so we had to all meet in the bar to hear the results. Bruno nearly answered all the questions with little help from me, as I am not a very good listener. We were the winners! And scored a prize of a box of pastiche from the pasticciera in Cefalu.

... and crackers that we bought at the local supermarket. After the boys dry off and get dressed, we go to dinner in a little restaurant just down the road.
