... checking all tracks number info. It was not too difficult in fact when you got how the line's info is written. Only 5 min train to reach Miyahara.
Finally arrived to Miyahara, then I joined the younger sister and we took her car to go directly to Kawagoe.
We went first to a shrine, were was held also a flower contest. We can also enter one of the temples... time for shoes-off and wearing slippers.
There was an interesting area there, GOHYAKU ...

We shopped for a few souvenirs for Rhonda and Shylo to take home to family, but mostly sat in the lovely lounge at the hotel and drank wine and ate french fries. Decadent and wonderful. They came back later that night completely wiped out, but happy about their day.

... From there, Ann and I headed toward the train station and to get there, we have to pass through a shopping district, like an outdoor mall. Along that mall are these awesome photo booth, unlike anything we have in the US. First you take a series of poses, then you move to the next room, where you have about 5 minutes to enhance your photos by adding makeup, words, stars, you name it. then, you print ...

... of Mt Fuji the whole time!

It is barely 8 now and I'm about to head out to the Tokyo Flea Market. Seriously, how perfect is it that the Flea Market landed on my birthday? I got a sweet email message already from my dad (the first to wish me a happy birthday) who is still my favorite garage sailing partner. So wish he was here to go with me. Hopefully I find the perfect item to spend my birthday money on! More on my treasures later...
