... for a walking tour. This is the famous composer Mozart's birthplace so lots of touristy Mozart" nick nacks". The weather was warm / hot with temp 30-31 degrees. Would have been ok if my feet/ ankles weren't throbbing & swelling. Have to find the voltaren before another walking tour tomorrow in Graz. Enough of ailments. Our tour took us through the old town where we met our tour director after lunch who walked (not again) back hotel to check in. ...

... doing things, we can't keep up with all the news. Guess we will need to learn begrudgingly.

Uploading music to the IPhone – I have never made the effort to upload music to …anything So I decide to have a go! I purchase some music and it then downloaded and we can play it in the car- Purchased 148 songs in total and we can play 1 tune! And still haven't worked out how to turn it off.

How can we be so stupid……….easy!

... we got to Salzburg it was pouring down rain so we grabbed a taxi to the hotel in Old Town. After checking in we decided to check out the area but it was raining cats and dogs. We ran into a restaurant and they sat us at a huge table with 3 people we didn't know. 2 were from Canada and 1 from Wisconsin. They were on a river boat cruise and we had a wonderful lunch talking to them.

... as far back as the 12th century which is much longer than Wonder Bread or Dunkin Donuts. The bakery is known for it's sourdough and of course we had to get some and eat it. The bread had little raisins in it. Like I said we needed the carbs. After a little sample of the bread, we headed up the steep incline to the fortress. I love this place! Everything is so great. I enjoy the people and the city and the landscape and the history. Salzburg, you guys. I haven't even left and I'm already looking forward to coming back here someday. Seriously. Mountains and music and Christmas markets galore!
