... we allowed them the opportunity to play there for a while (eternally selfless parents) as P & I went to explore 'sauna world ' where kids are not allowed. Incredible! There must have been 12 or more different rooms with smells and heat ranging from 45c-95c, with pools and plunge pools, ice baths, and showers. I could live here, you can feel the pace of life is different, the air is delicious as is the fresh mountain water available from the drinking fountain in town. It's noticeable. What a place to relax and recuperate. I'm feeling it! But how could we stay here? I can't imagine there is much work, unless you run a ski related thing? Since arriving in Rauris I've mostly been asleep, the comfort of a decent bed is not to be underestimated! We've got this place for a week ( I think we'll have to pay a week even if we go sooner - and it's costing as much as a months rent in Shepton, so we'll make the most of it!) It's beautiful, a tiny waterfall/stream runs down the hill by where I am sitting (on the patio) and the Milka cows with their bells are roaming the 45 degree slope. I can see the cable car ...
