We woke up and bid adios to Hotel Tony. After stopping at our favorite breakfast place, the Green place, we headed to the car rental place just down the street. Thank goodness for Carl Wehman's patient lessons in driving stick shift. We headed out of Athens in a small Fiat Punto that had seen better days. Luckily it was a Saturday morning so traffic was light we made driving in the city a bit easier although the ...

... I snorkeled most of the time we were in the water. We soaked in some sun and enjoyed the day. We had some snacks and cleaned off before we went to dinner. Rick Steve's recommended a cheap gyros and kebab place that sounded right up our ally. After dinner we had few beers and tried some Ouzo. We walked around later in the night and got some ice cream. ... to swim, read on the beach, then around 4 pm, went to look around for a place to rent scooter. After with some negotiation, we got the deal of reduced price and off we went to the fuel station first. Fuel 3 Eruo worth benzine and then off we went on the Round Tour de Spetses. The Island is mostly populated on the North Side, while on the South Side is very rocky, the landfill is there, some very expansive villas with helipads (!!) and with some smaller beaches. The road ...

... Poros is it is on a straight and one side is the island and one side is the mainland.

THe last stop was Aegina. Aegina was a good place. Not as good as Hydra. I had 2 hours there and went to one of the beaches and got in the water for an hour, then went to walk around the back alleys finding some shopping, food and cathedrals. I enjoy getting lost here in thsse Greek alleys. They are amazing. Aegina also has some ...
