    ... city. After an afternoon rest at the hotel, we went to the Ancient theatre of Epidaurus to watch a Greek comedy called The Frogs in Greek. The show is part of a annual theatrical and musical festival. Two tickets in the 10th row (center) costed $120. The 2 hour play was dramatic with nice set design, lighting and creative costumes. It appeared to be funny to the crowd and seemed worth the money because we were sitting in an open air stone-based stadium. ...

    ... and walked to the rim of the sink hole. To our disappointment, it was not a thousand feet sink hole that I hoped for and expected. It was only 30 meters deep at most. The appearance of the sink hole was way more impressive far away than close up. We got back to the hotel and took a rest before heading out to the Open air cinema in Nafplio.     ... briefly put our feet in the water, but it was freezing! After the beach, we headed to the main attraction in Navplion – the Palamidi Castle. This is a large fortress built atop a hill. There are 990 steps to get to the top of the fort (and probably another 500 once you get there). I really didn’t want to do it but Michelle made me. The path winded back and forth in hairpin turns all the way up the mountain. We were maybe 100 steps up when we turned back to see the boys. ...

    ... man to look at one of our fridges as it was not working properly. Jonathon told me of some people and said he would email the details; he was off to Scotland to sail an 87 footer to Portugal the next day so we would not get a chance to catch up with him sadly.

    With the work completed I visited the port police, paid the fee and we left for a bay that was just an hour from Poros to stay the night.

    ... to swim, read on the beach, then around 4 pm, went to look around for a place to rent scooter. After with some negotiation, we got the deal of reduced price and off we went to the fuel station first. Fuel 3 Eruo worth benzine and then off we went on the Round Tour de Spetses. The Island is mostly populated on the North Side, while on the South Side is very rocky, the landfill is there, some very expansive villas with helipads (!!) and with some smaller beaches.
