Day 31 - 35, Our trip is nearly over BOO HOO!!
... and it really gives the area the feel of stepping back in time... It is a very touristy area, with hip cafes and restaurants, loads of touristy shops, but also many chic furniture and clothes shops, with exorbitant prices, but was just beautiful to look at! Day 27 - 30, The Grizzly Bear Ranch, Kaslo

Ainsworth Hot Springs
... It was dark when we left for the lodge and we rode slowly home as there is so much wildlife on these roads.
We decided to stay for another day and after a beautiful breakfast we lazed the day away then Sigrid and Brian walked to Fletcher Falls. Brian and I rode into Kaslo and shopped for a BBQ dinner the meat was expertly cooked by CJ. We ate out on the back deck and it was a lovely evening.

Day 9 - a two ferry day
... the rain persisted all day. The route was beautiful, and we often found ourselves sighing at how awesome the scenery was and commenting on the quality of the road. We carried on, into Nakusp, where we had lunch at a delightful diner that had a graphic of a motorcyclist in the front window. He was rubbing his derriere and the sign said "Welcome Numbuns".
