After I arrived at Narita International Airport at 23:00, I stayed overnight in a couch of the airport. On the next day, I headed for Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. We ended up leaving Denver almost 2.5 hours late. Impressively, we were only an hour late arriving in Tokyo. Despite having over 30 minutes to catch the next flight, United pulled our bags and rebooked us on a midnight flight. This was not terrible, certainly better than losing our luggage or having to handle the rebooking ourselves. As I drink green tea and await my connection my eyes feel so heavy. I am approaching the 15 hour mark of traveling and I am definitely a feeling loopy. The large screen with japanimation is not helping my case.
