During the flight we crossed the International Date Line so Friday became Saturday. As I can't sleep sitting up, I passed the time watching movies or working/playing on my iPad. The plane touched down at Narita Airport at about 17:30 (JST) which is 14 hours ahead of Ottawa, so it felt like 3:30 in the morning. At the airport terminal we followed the crowd to Customs ...

The evening included a pajama party, nail painting and tattles, musical ...

There is so much room, even in economy, despite there being eight rows of seats. We were the last to board and I was a bit worried about whether there would be space to store our bags ...

... airline, both foreign and domestic. Well, went up to my room, single room, "Tiny" doesn't begin to describe the room. I will post pics later, I took them with my Iphone. True Japanese type room, compact, not made for a tall person. Dropped my luggage off, grabbed my coat, and proceeded to explore a little. I found a store called "Lawson". It's like a convenience store, It had everything. Most of the things I couldn't identify, and nothing in English. I decided to try a few things, ...
