    The Last 2 Weeks!

    ... a more interesting one – it looked a bit like a 20s art deco themed room but ended up being swelteringly hot all night with noisy air-con and smelled of smoke, oh well!

    25th May – Last day!
    Harajuku crepes for breakfast, then visited Meji-Jingu shrine before doing some quick souvenir shopping before our train to Narita. For our last meal in Japan we found a quiet but friendly Okonomiyaki place off the main road – a fitting end to our trip!

    So after a long wait we finally boarded QF21 to Tokyo. Our seats were the very last row of the aircraft. Once we got settled in we discussed our excitement over the selection of movies on offer.     ... haha, but we managed. Our dishes arrived and we were pleasantly surprised. I don’t know if it was just that we were starving or if it was actually that tasty but we gobbled our breakfast/lunch down quickly. My prawn tempura dish came with other tempura I noticed when I opened the lid. They gave you sweet potato, pea pods and two huge prawns yum! Bryce tried some of the sweet potato and really liked it.
