Karon Princess Phuket

We started the day with breakfast at the cafe in the resort. We were ready for the 8:00 shuttle to get to the dock but our ride didn't show up until almost 8:30. We would learn from experience that the scheduled pickup time was a guideline more than anything. After the 30-40 minute ride to the northeast end of the island, we queued and waited our turn to board the boat. It was a double decker boat with 25-30 tourists and 8-10 guides and ...

It was also a classic example of what we have dubbed 'sly thai' where they rope you in by saying 'cheap cheap' and then hand you the compulsory drinks menu where all drinks (inc water) are over 500 baht (10 quid). We bargained and complained and got it down to 300, not quite sure why we were trying so hard to see this thing!!

Anyway, we went to bed soon after that as the sunburn was aching

... måltidet er det sterkest som noen gang har vært innenfor mine lepper - og jeg angret bittert etter den første biten. Hadde jeg ikke visst bedre ville jeg trodd at halsen og munnen min var i ferd med å etse bort. Må ha no kaldt! Jeg trøkte i meg 3 stk frukt av typen rambutan.
