... much less crowded Honolulu. No Americans though. Just lots of Scandinavians. A modern tourist getaway. Glad it's off season. Might look like a Vegas crowd otherwise. Jumped a bus to the centre of town to check out a castle. Overhead three Russian Migs flying towards the Syrian border only minutes away by fighter jet. A real paradox to the vacation below. ... fjords. Monte Carlo with a party flavour. I have attached several photographs which show this amazing place, which is truly not Turkish. Bars and nightclubs everywhere, alcohol on open display, only one mosque that I could see. To add to the beauty of the town, we were the only ship in port, hence it was not swarming with people.
