... and headed left at the end of the jetty and to the end to the main road. The 'virtual' bus stop was evident from the other backpackers hanging around at the corner by the hardware store/bridge area and the bus did eventually arrive around 10.30.

... has toothpaste on it or that there are skid marks on the toilet. Anyway, apart from the bathroom the place was lovely. It was Hari Raya so everyone was celebrating Muslim New Year. Which meant that everywere was closed as all the locals were on holiday. A good thing really, as it seemed that we were some of the few visitors to the island during our first few days.

There wasn't a lot to do on Kapas, even the dive shop was closed for a few days. There was a restaurant/chalet ...
