We ordered 4 huge meals and shared between the four of us!! We don't think we could eat at another BBQ place again that is how good it was!! After this we drove to a town in the middle of no where (3 hours east of Denver) on I-70 West in Kansas State next to a town called Kanarado (we loved this name) and got a hotel to get some shut ...

We popped in and got kicked out shortly afterwards as it was late. It was free and pretty cool, so we may go back ...

... Europe (the Marshal Plan), he desegregated the military, dealt with the Korean war and the cold war (including the McCarthy era routing out suspected communists holding key positions). He flew supplies into Berlin when Stalin cut off the city. He did not run for a third term, enabling Eisenhower to become the 34th President. He raised funds to build the Library and museum rather than sell his papers to the highest bidder ...

... want the view. On airplanes I want the window seat. In hotels, I want the highest floor I can get. I hauled my ass up to the 19th floor. I was struck by the nice view out the window as soon as I got off the elevator. The desk ladies had told me that side was the side with the bad view, and so I was eager to see what the good view looked like. As soon as I walked into the room, I felt the goosebumps raise on my skin and my pupils dilate at the ...
