... of the day was the hike we took up to the Shiroyama Viewpoint. It was a bit of a challenging climb especially for 2 people who's diets have consisted of an assortment of super fatty beef and fatty tuna for the last few days. Me on the other hand, felt my hip flexors cramping so ended up pretty much spread eagle with both knees up above the table as if i was ready to give birth on the floor. What an epic fail.
