        ... with them (which they say not to but I doubt they wouldn't have done the same in my situation). - You will sleep with your clothes on and possibly not change them for days. Learn to be okay with this. No one else showers and changes their clothes as much as Westerners do. You really don't smell as bad as you think you do. If you're worried, take deodorizing wipes for your armpits! And they also have face/hand and....no no parts....wipes too. Trust me, when it's this cold not ...
