... the day on Ko Larn. It is a 45 minute ferry ride from the coast of Pattaya. It's about 5 miles off the coast. You can see the island from the Pattaya or Jomtien beach. The island is about 2 1/2 miles long and 1 1/2 miles wide. There are about a thousand residents living on the island.

... we were watching a film Amy screamed that she saw a giant rat running through our room across the window, I thought she meant outside but then we both saw three more little mice bombing it across our windowsill! I stood up in the room while one scurried right past my feet to the opposite corner of the room, it was hilarious. After hanging up our food on a light we went to bed with the screeching of families of mice above our ceiling.
