... easy bike ride and so it was, aided as we were by 25mph winds blowing us along. We neither of us looked forward to the return leg, it would be hard work. Still, undaunted, we rode on and covered the remaining 5 kilometres in double quick time. Dinner was taken at what must be the best place in town as it was packed while most other were either closed or poorly patronised. The food as always was photographed before being consumed.

Our after dinner stroll revealed the Gamla Stan (the old town) is full of cobbled streets ( a nightmare for Susan's high heels), quaint boutique shops and stores and historical buildings and sculptures some dating from the 15th century. Leaving ...

... egal ob beim Bienenwachs schmelzen, Einmachgläser abkochen oder backen ;) aber ist nie weiter wild ;)

Heute haben Naomi und ich einen Backmarathon gemacht, 2 Kuchen mit Pflaumen und Äpfeln, endlos viele Brötchen mit Möhren und Zwiebeln, und zwei Fruchtbrote mit Apfel und Joghurt, die müssen morgen erst noch verkostet werden =) Die Kuchen und Brötchen waren super =)

Benno, hier stehen zwei Rückewagen im Angebotsteil der Zeitung!

... nsten Café der Welt. Dann waren wir noch in einem anderen Café, um ins Internet zu gehen ;) Also ein ganz schöner Schlemmertag^^ Zum guten Schluss wollten wir uns gerne einen richtig originalen schwedischen IKEA angucken! Die Erkenntnis: ist alles wie in Deutschland bzw. England, nur das HotDog ist NOCH! Günstiger, umgerechnet 50 Cent, genauso wie eine Zimtschnecke und ein Kaffee zusammen, richtig billig…

Ich kann inzwischen Ziegen melken =) ...
