The temperature here is very hot and quite draining. Hungarians are lovely people but they haven't discovered yet about the dangers of the sun. They were marshalling the teams an hour before the race and expecting them to stand in 30+ degree heat and got vey upset when the teams kept going to the shade.
It was very well run and went smoothly with the last race being run about 5pm. All in all a good day.

However, have worked out I can get a bus to the Hungarian border town about 50km away so will do that and then walk, if need be, to the first town in Romania - Arad.
