    ... br> We kayaked along the coast, passing some Lycian ruins and tombs (dating back to 2000-1000 BC) and pulled into a small harbor. We had an incredible lunch at a small restaurant overlooking the harbor and then hiked to the top to an old fort and theatre where we had spectacular views of the coast.     ... here, so the air conditioning was not going to be possible. Okay, so it is now in the high 90's or low 100's, and it is 8:00p.m. Taking a cold shower, and walking around this adorable shop-lined, town was going to be a real experience.     ... 5pm bus ride home.

    It took 4 hours to get to Antalya, and then another hour to get Maya and head back home. Then we took showers, started laundry, finished a movie, downloaded pictures, and went to bed.

    Not only did we get a tan, try kayaking, win a race against Asians, and explore another city, but we also got another stamp in our passport.

    ... 8217;s house and had an ouzo on the balcony with Mark, his dad Peter (who, up until 3 years ago, used to walk up the track we did that morning on a daily basis!), and their family then went out for dinner with Mark and his family to the same restaurant we ate at on our first day (which was great because the food was fantastic and we were planning to go there anyway).
