... busy now, a large group of Scouts were running around having fun. We parked up and soon a group of young men arrived to offer us chicken cooked on the fire that we had seen earlier this morning. We thanked them and asked about their scouts. They told us they were a Muslim group from Bursa. So, our next stop was Kalkan, the hotel for which we’d bagged at a bargain price a month or so ago but in the week previous having read latest reviews on TripAdvisor we were a tad apprehensive….but the Samira Resort turned out to be just fine. Yes, it was a ‘Brit’ Brigade kind of place but it gave us everything we needed and also provided great entertainment through people watching from our ground floor veranda ...
