    Hi, we have been out if coms range for a few days. The problem is that even if you have wifi sometimes it simply does not work...maybe I should take up coffee drinking and do this at Starbucks....nah... Last few days have been spent getting out of California and into Oregon. Did a side trip through the avenue of giants. In other words huge bloody red wood trees. A few photos attached. In short...damn they are big feaking trees. Did a few side walks thought the forest...yup ...

    Pic 1 - Out at Sea: Finally back in US waters! Seeing barge and tanker traffic. Here they told us we could turn airplane mode off on our phones.

    Pic 2 - Arriving in Bellingham: Coming into the Port of Bellingham. Boaters everywhere. It feels good to know I'm getting off this boat soon and back on dry land!

Apparently a de-icing hose in one of the wings exploded on yesterday's plane, requiring a replacement part and repair before the plane could fly.
