... nodding.) Unbelievable. Short version. Up a very steep road to the Monastery built on a ledge on the side of a 'serrated' mountain (see the pictures. I can't explain it) in 1025. It is on the sunny side of the mountain facing the Mediterranean sheltered from the cold from the Pyrenees by the mountain. ... our swim in the Mediterranean and soaked up the sun. We were planning to go to a up scale restaurant for our anniversary but we were enjoying the beach so much that we forfeited that idea. Instead, we stayed on the beach until 7:00 and then taxied back to the hotel. We have tickets to the flamenco opera and we were looking forward to enjoying it.
