We walked back to the bus and I got some ice cream. We rode the bus home with a woman who needed her parasol to find off the sun's rays at 6 p.m. inside the bus. Not joking. We had a four day weekend because of my school's sports day on Thursday and Friday. So, I asked my couchsurfers Madelleine and Laura if I could follow them for a while. TRIP NOTE: If you should find yourself headed to Cangyan, try to get there in the morning, not in the late afternoon as I did. In the morning, the sun from the east will shine onto the bridge, giving you rich deep colours, but in the afternoon, the bridge is more back-lit.
