Well, the bus and train connections to Guangdong are really good, so I didn't even stay overnight anywhere this weekend.

This was by far our best meal in China, although we have had many. The restaurant was new, and pretty full with people celebrating New Year's with their families. Again, we had ...

... restaurant in Jiangmen. We found out today, that he selected the restaurant specifically because he wasn't sure if we would like the local food. Mr. Guan spoke a little english, but fortunately our guide was invited to dinner too, so acted as an interpreter. His son, "Jerry" (English name), also spoke english and was very eager to try out his language skills on us. The family was incredibly welcoming and made a big effort to communicate, despite the language barrier. ...
