Hua Hin is a beach town just down the west side of the gulf of Thailand from Bangkok. The King of Thailand lives there most of the time. The weather wasn't the greatest, but beach was still really nice. We also went out to Kui Buri park to see the wild elephants. We got incredibly lucky and saw at least 40 of the 230 wild elephants in the park. Most tours only see 5-10, and a few don't see any. So that was really cool. ...

The boat and then bus trip to Hua Hin was a pretty painless affair and we were dropped in the centre beside a shopping plaza, Market Village. There were reps from the bus company that helped us out and we had no trouble finding accommodation for the five nights we were there. One of the reasons for staying in Hua Hin was for the kite surfing so we managed to find a lovely little guest house around 200 yards from the main stretch of beach. It was a huge room with everything ...

... purple purple purple” and so on.

I dismissed class at the regular time that I leave, and had them clean the classroom with me. We put up the chairs, locked the door, and we walked outside together. When I said “bye” they knew that they could go to their rooms, and they hugged me and ran away. It was a great day.
