... we always turned left.  When we got back we began to cook dinner with his sister and mum, and I tell you what! I'm not the only one making fun of the boy! All three of us girls ganged up on him haha, it was brilliant.  After dinner, I was so tired that I didn't do much more than hug the **** out of him before wrapping up in lots of clothes and falling asleep.  Wow...welcome to the Germany Essay Club. Be prepared...I have a feeling the whole week will be like this.  Lisa ...

... The bikes had just been serviced and carriers fitted which take Toni & Llewen's panniers nicely. So we are so fortunate and grateful to have all this gear available. Later in the morning the weather improves so out with bikes and off to town, 12km away. We take the wrong track at first, down by the river which is just a little narrow dirt track, but soon find our way back onto the nice wide hard paved track on top of the stop bank very similar to those found in France. Lots ...

Dusseldorf Friday afternoon

... in Koln and commuted to Dusseldorf to visit. This combined with the lack of proper sleep made us wish we had planned differently. Dusseldorf was a bit to busy for Barb with all the people and beer. Part of this impression was my fault. When we first arrived on Friday afternoon, I took her to ground zero in the Dusseldorf Altstadt, to the most famous, largest bar in the world, at 4:30 pm. This was very overwhelming for her. The Dusseldorf Altstadt ...
