    ... it's not as fun to explore when it is so hot. However, I was also annoyed at myself for not venturing anywhere interesting all week. This problem was solved by attending the Bonbori (Paper Lantern) Festival at Kamakura's Tsarugaoka Hachiman-gu shrine. We met the Savage family on the train and arrived at the shrine just as the sun was setting and the lanterns were being lit.     ... Uniqlo, it is a great Shop, not expensive and Nice things.... All geared up we leave the restaurant, full of energy (and stress....) we take the Minatomirai line and get off at Bashamishi, from there a 5-10 minute walk.     ... the black eggs, hard boiled in the sulphuric water to turn their shells black. I bought a bag of 5 and sat down to try one. Whilst they may not look very appetizing with the shells on, once peeled they look and taste the same as any other hard boiled egg. Each one eaten is said to add seven years to your life, which I could probably do with, so I stashed the rest to eat later on.
