      ... the Virgin arrivals lounge for our second breakfast of the day and Mandy got a quick nail treatment, we then headed over to Terminal 2 where our last flight of the holiday was leaving from. The next couple of hours were spent having a look around, shopping and having our third breakfast of the day! Before long it was time to go home and the end to another great trip!

      ... just as well our Spanish classes are at an early stage as we do not understand what the Spanish woman says about Kathleen to her friend.

      Its a long 13 hour flight and the last thing you need after that is Terminal 5. Ponce again we get lost and end up out in the domestic terminal.

      When we get back to Aberdeen it is cold and there is a light dusting of snow which makes having been away for three weeks feel all the better.

      bus ride back was coach style. so many people. i'd make a crack about people/jobs but it was all retirees. except the skinny minny who sat next to me. despite making sure I was on my side only (sometimes the man shoulders cross the invisible line) she kept smacking me with her elbows while texting. my favourite moment was when she sneezed on me.       ... been as ok as I am over here if I couldn’t call my dad if my card had buggered
      itself. Or if I didn’t know how to cook something. Or just to talk.
      Anyway, after a lovely talk with jiya (which I wont talk too
      much about bcause that would be weird), I am lucky to say…I still have her.

      ... dog seemed well worn out after the excitement of the day! Monday poor Dad had to head to work but that left Mum and I to return my hire car (once I'd given Mum a spin in it with the roof down - a very quick spin - it was VERY cold!) to the airport and finally secured the princely sum of 35 pounds from BA for the 2 days my bags were lost...  Cue stroppy complaint letter!
