... Empire State Building. A masculine monstrosity of a multi-teared cement block high rise built in the1950’s after WWII. Its was built by Soviet republic workers for the people of Latvia- you can see the hammers & sickles on the outside of building- the true symbol of communism.
The old KGB (Soviet security agency/ police) building nearby is still standing in the CBD & remains untouched. Horrible things were supposed to have happened within the walls of this building ...
