    ... also people doing crafts. A man was casually blowing some glass and another lady was hand painting some canvas shoes. Pretty exciting, very interesting. Because the night was the actual Mid-Autumn Festival, I'd hoped to see some floating lanterns seeing as letting them off is banned in Hong Kong. We didn't, but we did see lots of people celebrating by sitting on the pavement cooking barbecues with their nearest and dearest.

    ... grape cocktails, roved night markets, eaten pigs blood, duck blood and tofu that smells like ass but tastes like a dream and every tropical fruit under the sun. Rice rolls, plum juice, volcano eggs in chilli sauce, nougat, beef and cilantro soups, cheese omelettes, BBQd corn - Taipei has everything and I am loving every minute of it.
