A couple of days in Trat

... 56906; oh it was amazing!! And the best doughnuts I've ever had! So we basically decided to spend an extra night in Trat because we fell in love with the food market so much haha ! We also had our first Thai massage yesterday, with the funniest owner ever who basically forced us into her shop and we were well and truly walked on, kneeled on, elbowed into and god knows what else they were doing to us. It was the funniest experience ever and I'm not entirely sure if it relaxed me ...

... party are gone from next door. Today we have a Japanese couple, and the guy is determined to walk round in his speedos to show off his gym work. Sun's in my eyes now :( and my sunnies are currently dead.....although nowhere near COMPLETELY dead yet....the lenses popped back it, and the arms just needs the screw removed and refitted. Seeing the monsoon rains did make it clear how difficult it is to maintain buildings in this climate. Wood rots quickly and anything metal rusts while ...

... like where we fried all day in the excitement of sunshine and spent the day reminiscing over the last incredible 6 months. Neither of us can quite believe we are right at the end of our trip :-(

Our last bus journey should start at 9am tomorrow and is expected to take 6 hours to Bangkok. Somehow after all our other journeys, we both reckon that sadly it will take much, much longer!

      We will let you know!

... awake early and off to meditation and yoga while R. Had a lie in . We met for breakfast, M had fruit, yoghurt and bee pollen and R had the lot. He also was busy booking and sorting. Beautiful morning but overcast again later. Chilled by the pool and saw a kingfisher. Lunch of Guys salad to R's tuna salad. I intend to grow wheatgrass at home, and plant lilies in pots.. I have loved the yoga and went further in postures today than I have in awhile. Hope to keep it up. ...
