    ... to wear. When we got to Trat we boarded a songthaew (a tuk tuk minivan thing) and the guy tried to charge us. We didn't like that so we got out and tried to find the bus driver that took our ticket. We didn't find him but found some other guy that was related to the bus company that explained to tuk tuk man that we'd paid. He wasn't happy though.     ... of the brand new chalets on the hill above us. Rick, who at first nervously thought that she meant moving elsewhere in the village, said yes. So I move again tomorrow. Later we walked in the dark, with a torch, to the village to eat yet again. In another little shack we had stir fried pork in freshly ground chilli paste and Pad Thai with prawns.     ... around a lot so we wanted 2 weeks on the island, we wanted to stay out of the main tourist area called a White Sand Beach and opted for done thing Central called Kai Bai, we found a really nice set of terraced cottages called Paradise Bungalows we struct a 10%2525 discount for long stay and our room was really comfortable, it was nice to to finally fully unpack.     ... phones, money and credit cards all to be burnt and sent off to those in Chinese heaven in case they might need such things up there.
    We walked around to the elephant safari place where the youngsters we've seen on the beach live. It's quite an operation with high mounting stations for those partaking to get aboard. They all seem happy and well cared for too.

    ... hopefully some surf! so basicly.. all that for 10 a day... on a 27km Island.... screw you England.

    We have taken every possible mode of transport to get here... Train, Tuk tuk, Bus, Taxi, Flight, Ferry, pick up truck and walking... even had to hang off the back of a truck for an hour to get around the Island... so we are gonna live here for a month we reckon.
