... north of the island. We found a bench overlooking the sea and stopped for a tuna sandwich...our favourite cheap traveller snack to make! We then headed back and Dave enjoyed all the windy roads. We stopped at a nice lookout too. That evening we decided to go out. When we got down one of the main ...

We were feeling really tired and hungry and just wanted some reassurance we were on the right carriage. Luckily a Spanish girl nearby said we could sit next to her and just move if we were asked to. We approached different stations on our journey to Hua Hin, but luckily we were not asked to move. I don't ...

... inside our bungalow. We're not kidding when we say that this Gecko was huge, and was perched on the wall next to one of our pillows. We spent the next 30 minutes trying to remove it using a broom to no avail, so decided to go ask the owner of the bungalows if he knew how we could get rid of it. His response was simply "jah we know, he lives der, itz his 'ome" (said in a Dutch accent!). This is proof that we are now at one with nature as we shared our hut with ...
